How to Order Pollo Tropical Catering
Everything you need to know to place, customize, and receive your catering order.
Step 1: Determine Guest Count & Package Choice
Most catering packages require a 10-guest minimum. For build-your-own stations like the TropiChop Bar, budget approximately 1 bowl base per guest along with extra sauces.
Step 2: Check Lead Time Requirements
- Standard Orders (10-30 guests): Place order at least 24 hours in advance.
- Large Events (50+ guests): Place order 48 to 72 hours in advance to guarantee kitchen prep slots.
Step 3: Choose Pickup or Local Delivery
In-store pickup is free at participating stores. Local delivery is available for orders meeting store minimums (typically $100+), subject to a nominal delivery fee.
